Jeg vil ikke anbefalede, at du/i bruger Kojo service, efter at gennemgået et forløb på et mindre badeværelse renovering. Hvor tidsplanen ikke blev overholdt, dårlig kommunikation fra Kojo service og ingen kontrol af underleverandørers arbejde eller egen kontrol.
Her er vores tre punkter som vi vil fremhævende.
Glemmer aftaler på skrift, som for en til at mistænkte at Kojo service ikke har styr på deres aftaler.
Under renovering af vores badeværelse, have vi indgået aftale om omfanget at levering af materialer. Det have Kojo service underligt nok glemt og forhørt os hvornår de blev leveret, da håndværkeren stod og mangle dem. Vi henvist til kontrakten og så hørte vi ikke mere omkring levering af materialerne. Dette var begyndelsen til bekymringerne, som kun blev større i takt arbejdes skred frem. Den kode kommunikation udeblev og vi prøvet forgæves at få svar over flere telefonhenvendelser, men der var lange vende tider både via telefon og pr. mails.
Sikker dig/jer at i har alt på skrift og kontroller kontrakten inden du/i underskriver.
Manglede kontrol af udført arbejde, laver arbejde som ikke overholder lovgivningen.
I forbindelse med renoveringen af vores badeværelse, var der en del arbejde som skulle lave af en autoriseret håndværker. Det er almenviden, at man ikke må sætte hvem som helt til at lave elektrikere arbejde. Men efter den dårlig kommunikation, blev alt arbejdet kontrolleret, både Vvs,- og elektrikerarbejde , af lokale håndværker. Alt elektrikere arbejde var ikke udfør efter lovgivningen, som ikke var et kæmpe sjok, men overraskende over den manglede kontrol af underleverandører fra Kojo service side.
Hvis du skal have lavet noget fra Kojo service, som indebære autoriseret håndværker, er vores råd at du/i for det udførte arbejde kontrolleret
Sener fakturer som ikke stemmer overens med det aftalte.
Flere gange oplevet vi, at der blev sendt faktura som ikke stemte overens med det aftalte beløb, det skete selvom det var aftalt via mail og aftalt ved et personligt møde. Derudover sendte Kojo service opkrævninger på arbejde, selvom der var fejl og mangler som manglede at blive udbedret.

I would not recommend Kojo Service after using them for a minor bathroom renovation. The project was significantly delayed, had a major lack of communication from Kojo Service, and had little to no supervision of the work that was done.
Here are three points to summarize:
Forgetting the agreement in the contract, showing that Kojo Service does not have a handle on their own agreements
For the renovation of our bathroom, we agreed that our price would include materials. Kojo Service surprisingly forgot our agreement and sent me a shopping list of materials that the contractor would need. I referred them to our contract and then I did not hear more about it. This was the beginning of my concern, which only grew as the renovation progressed. I repeatedly tried to get answers over the phone to my questions, but often my voicemails were not returned. Overall, there were incredibly long wait times (multiple days) to get a response by email or by phone.
Make sure that you have everything in writing and go through the contract before you sign
Lack of supervision which led to work that wasn’t up to code or unfinished
For our bathroom renovation, Kojo Service needed to coordinate with contractors to do “authorized work” (plumbing and electrical). After the lack of communication, I was worried about that the plumbing and electrical work may not have been done correctly. I had to hire an outside plumber and electrician to make sure the work was up to code. There were issues with both, particularly the electrical work needed several repairs to bring it to code. Later, Kojo told me that the person who did the electrical work was not an electrician.
If you have work done by Kojo service that involved authorized contractors (e.g. plumbers, electricians) my advice is to pay for someone to check their work to make sure that it is up to code.
Bills for payment did not match what we agreed
I was billed multiple times for amounts that did not match our agreement, even though we made the agreement in person and by email. They also were sending the final bill well before all of the work was finished.
Overall, I would not recommend using Kojo Service for any type of renovation.
