My VVS experience with Hvidøre VVS was the worst ever. I strongly recommend you to stay away from this unprofessional, bully and unreasonable VVS. Instead use HUS, they did a fantastic job for a reasonable price!
It all started more than a year ago when I contacted Hvidøre over a contact email address. With no information about the cost despite me asking, they sent a guy who made some measurements in my toilet. It took him less than 10 min but had to return twice because he had forgotten some additional measurements. After that I received an invoice of 655 DKK. I was very surprised that less than 10 min of measurements resulted in such an invoice. Furthermore, the initial invoice which was tweaked later on did actually account for a full hour!
After some exchange of opinions, John Fatum did not reply to my last email where I declined his offer of forgetting about the initial invoice while taking on the VVS task. I offer to settle with half the amount which he did not reply to either.
I had forgotten all about this but then one year later John Fatum starts the discussion all over again and involving lawyers, and adding up to 1.312 DKK to the invoice which I ended up paying to get him out of my life.
This I call mafia/bully behaviour and I do not want others to experience it which is why I am taking the time to write about it. Stay away from this VVS!

d. 5 april 2016 bestiller kunden en opsætning af opvaskemaskine samt vaskemaskine i sin lejliged. Hos Hvidovre VVS har vi faste priser på disse begge opgaver. Det har vi haft de sidste ca 8 år.

Da kunden bestiller via arbejdet via bekræftet mail - allokere vi selvfølgelig den nødvendig tid til montøren til arbejdts udførelse. Ialt ca 4 timer.
Da vores montør kommer frem, bliver han bedt om et tilbud på denne opgave. Da Miriam får de faste priser oplyst. Mener hun det er for dyrt, og sender montøren hjem igen.
Da vi har en fast aftale om arbejdt udførelse, indgået på miail . Men bliver sendt hjem Så sender vi en faktura på 15 minutters arbejde, samt en grundtakst svarende til 655,- for vores ulejlighed.
De resternede timer svende så mangler den pågældene dag, har vi selvfølgelig ikke bedt kunden betale.
