My VVS experience with Hvidøre VVS was the worst ever. I strongly recommend you to stay away from this unprofessional, bully and unreasonable VVS. Instead use HUS, they did a fantastic job for a reasonable price!
It all started more than a year ago when I contacted Hvidøre over a contact email address. With no information about the cost despite me asking, they sent a guy who made some measurements in my toilet. It took him less than 10 min but had to return twice because he had forgotten some additional measurements. After that I received an invoice of 655 DKK. I was very surprised that less than 10 min of measurements resulted in such an invoice. Furthermore, the initial invoice which was tweaked later on did actually account for a full hour!
After some exchange of opinions, John Fatum did not reply to my last email where I declined his offer of forgetting about the initial invoice while taking on the VVS task. I offer to settle with half the amount which he did not reply to either.
I had forgotten all about this but then one year later John Fatum starts the discussion all over again and involving lawyers, and adding up to 1.312 DKK to the invoice which I ended up paying to get him out of my life.
This I call mafia/bully behaviour and I do not want others to experience it which is why I am taking the time to write about it. Stay away from this VVS!

Inden Hvidovre vvs kørte ud til kunden, lå der en fast aftale på udførelse af 1 stykke arbejde. Ikke en tilbudsopgave. Da vi på den specikke opgave kunden ønsker udført. Ikke tilbyder eller udfører tilbud. Her har vi faste priser. De priser kan man også læse om på vores hjemmeside.
Da vores montør ankommer ud til kunden, ønsker kunden en pris på opgaven.
Da kunden får oplyst prisen ønsker hun ikke arbejdet udført alligevel. Selvom der forinden som sagt lå en fast aftale på udførelse af dette stykke arbejde
Vi afregner derfor en times arbejde, som er ret og rimeligt. Da der for vores vedkommende nu stod 2,5 time åben som vi ikke havde dækning for. (montørens løn)
